    LIFT25 LEAP Award Winners

At LIFT25, four organizations were honored for their outstanding achievements in transforming insight into impact through Strata’s enterprise performance management solutions.

    StrataJazz® Award Winners

    Endeavor Health

    About
Endeavor Health is a comprehensive, community-based health system serving the Chicagoland area. Formed through the 2022 integration of four health systems, Endeavor includes 9 hospitals, 5 clinical institutes, and more than 300 care locations.

    Area of Focus
After unifying under a single mission, Endeavor Health consolidated its StrataJazz® instances, integrated Workday ERP, and established a systemwide decision support model. In early 2025, the organization launched a new labor management process leveraging Strata’s Productivity Reporting functionality. With 21 new custom metrics and standardized practices across the enterprise, leaders now use the tool daily to guide staffing decisions, performance tracking, and budgeting.

    Our Partnership
Endeavor expanded adoption of StrataJazz® from 24% to 85% of leaders and increased platform engagement by 53%. These improvements in efficiency and accountability helped drive a 0.9% increase in operating margin year-over-year, empowering leaders to make more data-driven, strategic decisions across the organization.

    Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center

    About
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) is one of the nation’s leading cancer care institutions, consistently ranked among the top two hospitals for oncology since 1990. With more than 1,500 attending physicians and 4,700 nurses, MSKCC serves patients across New York and New Jersey.

    Area of Focus
MSKCC sought to transform its approach to labor management by giving operational leaders more timely and accurate insights. Using StrataJazz® Productivity Reporting and Management Reporting dashboards, the organization replaced inconsistent manual processes with automated, real-time analytics. The new “Front-Line Manager” dashboard delivers trend and variance data directly to nursing and senior leaders, supporting more efficient staffing and financial oversight.

    Our Partnership
Since implementation, more than 100 nurse leaders have gained direct access to actionable data, saving teams two days per month in manual reporting time. The initiative not only improved operational efficiency but also strengthened engagement among frontline managers, turning data into a catalyst for performance improvement.

    Axiom® Award Winners

    Cape Fear Valley Health

    About
Cape Fear Valley Health is a leading healthcare provider in southeastern North Carolina and the state’s eighth-largest health system. Founded in 1956, it has grown to include eight hospitals, over 150 care sites, and more than 1,000 physicians.

Using Axiom® to model new service-line investments, the health system has expanded to nearly 100 clinics, further extending access and impact across the region.
